Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello, born on April 18, 1967, in America is an actress and producer as well as writer and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were some of her film roles. Bello has appeared on television in roles such as the character Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2000), The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) as well as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born on 18 April, 1967 in Norristown 2 to Kathy Bello who was a school nurse and teacher. Bello also appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998). Bello also starred in other roles, including Michelle McBride's role on the first season of series Touch in 2013, as well as that of Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane in the series NCIS from 2017 until 2021. In the field of political science Bello studied in political science at Villanova University. After graduation, Bello honed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions. Bello is mother to Jackson and Dan McDermott, her ex-boyfriend. Bello admitted in November of 2013 that she had a same-sex affair with Clare Munn, her former lover. She released a book entitled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Examining the labels We Place on Ourself. (Dey Street Books. April 28 in 2015).
