Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki was the third oldest daughter. She was the child of Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist 8]) and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), both of whom were real estate agents. Her grandfather was a Greek who moved to Greece in 1904 and her maternal grandmother was of Irish heritage. She was wed to her parents in the year 1976. Psaki has Polish ancestry. She graduated Greenwich High School, 1996. In 2000, Psaki graduated from College of William & Mary. She graduated with an education in English as well as sociology. She is an active Chi Omega member. Psaki has been an athlete in backstroke at William & Mary Tribe. Psaki began her career in 2001 when she was involved in the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was then appointed deputy press secretary to John Kerry's presidential campaign for 2004. Psaki served from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director for Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as as the regional press secretary to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will serve as a Political Analyst in 2022's United States Presidential Elections. She will also host a show on MSNBC's Peacock streaming service in 2023.
